Please take a look at this pic and see if this is any better than the ones before. I have not changed this pic any. Please what your suggestions would be to correct or make this picture better.

I like the symmetry of the hulls and the different pastels make it work.

I'd pull the saturation up just a tad in post to make the colors "pop".

I agree with Alan about the saturation, and I too like the composition. My only other comment would be that the highlights seem to be a little bit blown.

Hope you dont mind me tinkering with your image.....

What I did;
Adjust Levels
Unsharp Mask - 150/0.8/4
Dodge - boats
Burn - water and some sky
Saturation +20
Contrast +8
